Macleod Lettings was established in 2013 by industry stalwart Ross Macleod, who wanted to bring a more professional asset management approach to the residential lettings industry. By using his wealth of experience in the market, Ross has assembled a team of property professionals with a huge range of knowledge & talent to ensure not only consistency in our service standards, but a personal service to our clients.

Over the last decade, the private rented sector has seen huge changes in everything from legislative requirements, registration of landlords and agents, and tax implications which unsurprisingly has seen a downturn in investment in the market. Now more than ever it is imperative that your investment is managed effectively. Accountability is key to our success, and each Landlord has a dedicated client manager who is your sole point of contact for your property. Highly trained, they will have an in-depth knowledge of your property, and will be involved in all aspects of letting & managing your property from instruction, viewings, letting and inspections, they will report directly to you and be the backbone of the client / agent / tenant relationship, giving you total peace of mind that your asset is being managed by a property professional. We are registered as Letting Agents in Scotland, as well as being ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and PRS (Property Redress Scheme) accredited.
